York Craftsman

This early 1950’s home in the Rye Historic District desperately needed attention.  There was no existing wall insulation and drafty old windows so we made it New England winter ready with blown in insulation and all new windows and trim.  The exterior required patching and trim work finished off with a new color palette.  The interior involved removing a wall to open the completely remodeled kitchen to the dining room.  A half bath was relocated and the master bathroom was gutted and built new including the walk in tile shower.  Finally the sunroom gained a new custom enclosure and with a complete paint job throughout we couldn’t be prouder of this beautiful old home.
