Project Description
This beautiful home was a frame to finish project. We began by removing the small existing ranch style home, but preserving the existing foundation. We then enlarged that footprint to create a bigger home and large attached garage. There is custom woodworking throughout, including the fireplace surround, entertainment center, dining room buffet and office hutch. Central heating and cooling, completely new electrical with back up generator, basement water proof system with drains and radiant heating were all important pieces to give this client full peace of mind in our wild New England weather. Cedar shingle siding, new driveway, fire pit patio and stone sidewalk completed the curb appeal and entertaining features of this great house. We really enjoyed this project and working with the client to create everything she had hoped and dreamed of in her new home.
